I in part agree. For example, the Skull and Sphinx are way too ludicrous. As much as I tried, I saw no sphinx in that picture in the exception that I tried to convince myself it was (and why would martians build a sphinx?).
However, I don't doubt NASA are keeping things way too secret. They say science and technology are 30 years more advanced than what the public things is presently peaked... which is why we're finding this stuff out 30 years after those pics were taken.

I believe it's because if you free people's minds to realizing there is a more intelligent life form in the universe, let alone in our own galaxy or that there is a 100% chance of living on Mars, then you lose your grip on them and you lose all power. Why risk having complete and utter control over mass populations? I myself must admit I'd think twice.
