@alfin200605 make a query that sends the info to a report , there is a count function in the top right toolbar it has the shape of the sigma or total. once u pressed that button u will see a new field "Sort by" choose count or what ever function u need for that field!

hello. i have a question on yes or no filed. example a group of people votes for yes or no. and all of them doesn't have the same answer. my question is, how will you know how many people says yes or no in access 2007. please help.
