Great voice!
Try taking that capo down a couple of notches, I'm getting the feeling you'll be more comfortable a bit lower in key.
You could also bring the intensity of the guitarplay down. That'll get the whole thing a lighter and more gentle feel.
Pretty hard song to do with all that slow, "talky" singing.
