Consistent, quick kicking, combined with a stable body roll, helps you move everything forward when you're swimming freestyle. This drill gives you enough time to work on both.

  • @poserville I have the same problem...But I have weak legs compared to my torso..

  • @poserville I wonder if you are kicking with you hips or just your knees. If that's the case, it may be the reason, but then.. I don't know how you swim :)

  • Thanks for the video.

    My side kicks are ok. But when I'm flat (face down/both hands forward) I don't seem to be going anywhere. Even when I'm using a kickboard, I'm barely moving. Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong?
