  • I'm a massage therapist, and I have massive pain in my forearms, and this is fantastic for anyone with referred pain in the wrists and forearms. :D

  • This is great! Most of the Carpal Tunnel massage videos out there focus on massaging the hand, but most of my pain is in my forearm. The pain isn't totally gone, but this massage really helps :)

  • i did this and it feels really good. i mean like i feel more powerfull somehow.

  • yesss i had 2 stop doing massarge because every one wntd.such pressure & my extensures also became short from all the compression...this massarge & pressures as you demonstrate were very helpful, but i still have a hard time in most yoga poses 2...so lots of good info on this channel 2 help us rehab ourselfs 1st before i have 2 see a doctor....thank you 4 making the video/(s)....

  • boy do i wish I saw these before I did surgery on my left hand OMG the pain is terrible! I'm using these to help me do home rehab and for my right hand which is worse BUT NO WAY will I go thru surgery again!

  • @jammydodgerxox hey me to i had cts sence i was 9 im 12 now btw and yes it can come from writiting its cuz your hands in the same posture all the time. u should wear a splint when writing. and maybe sak your doctor about theirpy it should help alot. also take a brake and stretch your hand out during a exam.

  • I was just diagnosed with carpal tunnel. I find these to be very painful. Hopefully it will help.

  • Thank you so much for this massage, this is the second time i've gotten tendonitis in the same areas you're massaging and trying to get it to subside in less than two weeks will be a lot easier with the help of this. Thumbs up!
