Macedonia IS GREEK ...and I am really sorry if that bother people just because they don't have value, history, identity etc.. and they try to steal it from others. I believe the citizens of FYROM are not responsible for that beliefs HOWEVER I strongly believe as well that they shouldn't accept what their goverments tell them, THEY should search a little in the pages of history..to see that the real MACEDONIA has had no relations with FYROM! So don't steal our history our identity...

@ArvanitisGR Well, I don't know,it's complex with the Fyrom and Macedonia. Bogorodica is a village on the main border crossing Bogorodica- Evzoni.

@MsTerzis With that way of thinking, you can say Iran is Macedonia too, because it was part of Macedonia once (geographically). But I know you didn't want to mean that Fyrom is Alexander's Macedonia etc, because you said you're Greek :). Is Bogodorica also a village? I thought it simply was the translation of Theotokos in Slavian.

@ArvanitisGR ok, former yugoslavian republic of macedonia, but in Fyrom, there is also geographically a part of macedonia which is not in Greece, right?

Hi, I am from Dalmatia, Croatia. My surname from my mother's side is Terziev from Gevgelija on the border of Macedonia and Greece, my grandfather's mother was Greek from Bogorodica on the border of Macedonia and Greece. Does anyone know of Terziev surname? Have they been also Greek in the past?
