Tables Turned: A Collier County couple turns the tables on Bank of America, the bank that tried to foreclose on their home. Now, the family is foreclosing on the bank! Even bringing trucks and deputies ready to seize property.

SCREW BANK OF AMERICA ~ we were in a chapter 13 after , countrywide had the title to r home after 2 yrs boa took it over and raised r house payment from $726,00 a month to $1100 a month after 2&1/2 yrs it caused r chapter 13 to b dismissed because of the amount they had charged the court ~ we then had to refile the chapter 13 and boa didnt want the house put on it after 6 month we were told basically we didnt make enough money to b broke ~ still dont get that ~we still lost r home

Way to go Dave. We were illegally foreclosed on purpose to track how the illegal activity happens from a~z we fought the banks on their bogus assignments & forged documents to no avail and worked tirelessly gathering all the evidence but thanks to Neil Garfield who's insight helped me fully understand the entire process from SPV's,Yield Spread Premiums,Derivatives & how judges pensions are based on foreclosures :) We stayed happy, made the best of difficult times & moved on~ Starting OVER again

The blonde reporter seems mumbled in her thoughts. The attorney guy is crystal clear sharp. The bank manager is 'physically shaken'. Myself, I'm amused ....You pay for your home with cash and the bank is so ignorant they think they have paper work showing you took out a loan with them for it? The total ineptitude of the banks we bailed out is clearly defined in this news clip.

Why do FOXtards not understand: THIS is why we OccupyWallStreet. Not because of "socialism" or "handouts" or all the other lies FOX tells about us. We are left and right united against this oppressive bank regime who has bribed our elected officials to act in their behalf.
