I am a trained professional do not try to spot your child at home take them to a gymnasium and has a trained certified gymnastics coach teach them a front flip do not try to duplicate this I was a collegiate gymnast and even on the days that I trained my hardest I can't remember doing this many front flips. It is so cool to see my son have such a passion for something that I love so much. I don't know if he'll ever become a competitive gymnast or not but the joy that he experiences when we hang out and do front flips is so much fun I can't stop smiling and laughing.
