  • dude you can assign those lil x,y,z knobs to any parameter on any patch. read the manual yo! sorry i couldnt be arsed to read all these comments. good tips though, id like to see some ambient pads and drones you can come up with, keep with it! i like your style though its nice to just build a patch along with you and see how they turn out, keep it real

  • @fuzzface89 Yeah, That's the beauty of synths! You can tweak practically everything.

  • synthesizers mimic sounds such as pianos and harpsichords and mimic things like techno and dubstep but poking keys on a micron is not dubstep.

  • @cjsinister6 I only called it Dubstep wobble because the sound is known well in that genre of music. I'm well aware that this is not the best example of dubstep. It's just one sound though.

  • synth isnt just randomly slaping notes and changing parameters blindly.. Fail!

  • @MyphriendSam lol it's all good.

  • @chadinterrupted I hadn't even realized who said the last two comments, i thought you were still that justin kid tellin me that i was missing his point because the comment was sent to me and it's all sorts of confusing.. haha

That is why this is an "alesis micron" tutorial and not a "every synth in the world tutorial"

I honestly thought that justin kid had been commenting at my the whole time, so don't take offense, our comments weren't even aimed at each other.. haha

  • @MyphriendSam no you didn't understand my point because you're focusing on something that wasn't even intended for anyone to focus on. and you do care or you wouldn't try to argue with me. synthesizers are like pianos because they have keys. i wasn't talking about the sound being generated. oh and not all synthesizers use the same mechanism to function. some are completely digital and don't do what you just said they do. and there are piano "synth" sounds so you're entirely wrong.

  • @chadinterrupted No, It's understood. I generalized something in my video as a slip of the tongue, honestly. This video was 10 months ago, there have been other comments talking about it. At this point, no one cares.

  • @justin23000 I think you're missing my point completely.
