If you keep all you clothes and suitcases inside BugZip while staying at the hotel you are as protected as can be. It is always possible a stray bug could remain on your pajamas, but not very likely. Usually, they will retreat back to their sleeping place immediately after feeding which is usually a crack or crevice out of view of daylight.
