This is the new iPod shuffle unveiled by Apple today as the smallest iPod ever.

Description from apple:

To create the worlds smallest music player, we moved the controls from iPod shuffle to the earbud cord. This allowed us to make the new iPod shuffle dramatically smaller, but not just for dramatically smallers sake. Its also easier to use, with the controls located where you can access them quickly. Musically speaking, the new iPod shuffle is brilliant, thanks to an exciting new feature called VoiceOver. Say youre listening to a song and want to know the title or the artist. With the press of a button, VoiceOver tells you as the music dips down. It even announces the names of your playlists. And when your battery needs charging, VoiceOver tells you that, too.
There was a time when limited storage meant you had to leave a lot of your songs on the sync-room floor. But now that iPod shuffle has 4GB of storage, you have plenty of room to store hours and hours of music — up to 1,000 songs * with room for multiple playlists, too.

  • @Skater4Life295 click the button three times

  • @Skater4Life295 three clicks

  • what if you wanna go back to a song?

  • wow, i never would of thought of they lol.

  • This is as simple as it gets. All Apple products are starting to use the headphones with in-line remote. Other companies are making headphones with the Apple in-line remote. Other accessories are on the way. I just got my new shuffle and I love it! The VoiceOver feature is a great improvement, now you can have multiple playlists on your shuffle. I got the same headphones (plus a mic) with my iPhone 3GS and they sound fantastic! Plus you have full control, right under your chin.

  • what if you hook it up to regular speakers, how are you supposed to control the player? LOL happened to my friend

Sorry apple, EPIC fail. The older shuffles were amazing, this... not so much. Apple needs to keep it simple.
