Thanks for your positive feedback, it is appreciated. The song is called Run Baby Run and was specially made for the ad by a company in the UK, so no other version exists.

But the good news is that because of the phenomenal feedback on the ad and the huge interest in the song, KFC SA is looking into having a full length version made for all the fans out there - it just depends on how many people really want it.
