Climate-gate is where a bunch of e-mails leaked from the University of East Anglia's Climatic Research Unit (CRU), apparently the IPCC's main research body, wich show that the "scientists" are fudging the numbers and discredit, to say the least, other scientists that do not conform to their conclusions?
