To all who thinks this is fake you are wrong. I witnessed it as i was driving to work after getting some coffee from sevs. It was on our local news to and they actually captured the bike rider and hes had to pay a massive fine and do 3 years probation.

lol im not one to scream fake at a video, but this is actually fake, they used the footage from another real video and just added a bike and changed a car to look like a police car.
