  • Please look into McGill's research regarding loaded flexion and rotation exercises. Do you realize the is only 13 degrees of rotation available from the lumbar spine? I like the Mercola website but the exercise science needs some drastic updating.

  • sorry but not a fan of abs work out when feet stuck under something to hold them u. Simply because it works out alot more the psoas and nother muscles that has a similar function, instead of your real adbominal muscles...6 pack, obliques etc.

  • It's helpful seeing a non expert doing the exercises too.
