Cat Abuse Coventry England

Police say no crime. RSPCA say animal cruelty. Animal cruelty is a crime under the Animal Welfare Act 2006. It may be that the women concerned did this deliberately, knowing that she was being watched, for the sake of notoriety. I am the first to say that. As to copyright I claim fair use. This is a not for profit channel. Funds from my site go to cat charities. No or little financial damage will be incurred by the copyright holder who I believe is Darryl Mann the cat's caretaker.
