Short NBA commercial shown on NBA-TV, when the Lakers enter game 6 against the Boston Celtics in Boston, trying to beat the Celtics for the first time in 9 NBA Finals. The Lakers had won in 1980 and 1982, but not against Boston. The first voice is the Dick Stockton, CBS TVplay-by-play announcer, the second one sounds like CBS's Brent Musberger (but he's the host, anyone else know? Was Brent calling the game for CBS radio after hosting?), the third one I'm pretty sure is Los Angeles Lakers radio announcer Chick Hearn, then Dick Stockton again. Although the focus is on Kareem (including the sky-hook over Robert Parrish), you get a good view of Pat Riley also. Kareem also wins the MVP award, scoring 29 points in the Lakers' 111-100 Game 6 clinching victory. He averages over 30 points and 11 rebounds. He also has 2 blocks per game, and most surprisingly, 6-1/2 assists per game. As of 2011, this is also (per Wikipedia) the only time an NBA championship clinching victory occurs against the Celtics in Boston. Internet download, fair quality. Nothing gained from this now, past, future.
