well i reckon there is something wrong with your storm, i was in a similar situation i have a storm on PAYG and i was with "shitty vodafone " too and they refused to gimme the wap/mms settings so i unlocked mine and i now am with orange that do supply the bb settings for PAYG and i only pay a fiver a month for the special bb package and i've never had a problem my storm is fully functional. Need any help with your berry message me back i'll b pleased to help...

this is doesn't make any sense, cos the moment you unlock your you phone you can't use any of your applications not even your BBM, on the other hand you are not stuck with shitty vodafone.
cos I have the storm and vodafone really taking the piss so I decide to unlock it and leave them. but since then I couldn't use anything in my storm except calling or texting ;(

Actually the 9520 is GSM ONLY, the 9550 is a World phone meaning CDMA and GSM

9520 is gsm, and the 9550 is cdma
