which combination of nailart should I use?

My son has been sick and yesterday was his b-day (5 years old!), he's growing up so fast! But he has asthma and when he is sick, i can't do my nails, cos the alyric liquid smells really strong. So for now I've made 3 combinations of nailart. I love the first combination with the dried flowers, but I love to do the fruit slices too! Can you help me decide? Which one do you like the most?
