That child is Christ. The woman is nation of Israel (figuratively), who's stars (crown) are the 12 tribes
The woman does not represent a person or the current nation of Israel. She was the nation of old - as promised by the prophets
The bride will be the union of Jew and Gentile (Eph.3:6) - and the bridegroom is the acceptance of Christ
The issue is not a literal male to male civil union
The miracle is that we will be found spotless before a perfectly holy God

I beleive that entire chapter is talking about The Second Exodus that is to come; as far as the two men, I only saw Yeshua in there, and Michael the arch angel, fighting satan.

Rev. 12:5 And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne. (Clearly Jesus-He's the only One who has this distinction.)
You stated we'd rule with Him having rods of iron like His. Isn't this the same as in the scripture Revelation 12:5? And isn't it perverting the Word if the Man child is the Bride of Christ, who is Male also? That's 2 males marrying and not the bride and bridegroom.
