TexMod Shiny Armor Killer! + How To Edit Armor in Gimp! (Guild Wars)

A Tutorial for those who already know how to use TexMods but have some trouble Editing the Items and such. Specially armor. Sometimes the Armor in TexMods leaves a bright shine, and a lot of people don't know how to get rid of it. Also Gimp morphs the picture at times so it makes it hard to edit.

Thank you for making this; I really appreciate it. I've been trying to read how to use GIMP to make mods, and your video was a very helpful demonstration. Why can't I rate this 10 stars?!

@KelanX Not at all, Arena Net even said that they promote the use of this. Since TexMod isn't actually increasing your game play in a negative way towards others. You're just editing textures that can only be viewed on YOUR client, or anyones client who has the TexMods that YOU created. So it only effects you and in a neutral manner.  They do say that it's not their responsibility if something happens to the game if you do mess with the files though.

@AnEvilBag The character count for names. And I got it wrong, I have a few characters with names that long too (Archassassin Of God, for example)

@TheWeegeeRage I can't say 100% but if you can convert all the files into the formats I say in the video, which if I remember correctly were .dds files then you should be good. Now if you want to know how to edit it in Paint.net like you would in GIMP, that's beyond my current knowledge.
