We need to agree on something! All 4 points are right. But I do know 1 thing no way the US government will give up Hawaii. Not everyone will be satisfied on any decision and if nothing is decided programs that benefit native Hawaiians are in jeopardy . It's the old divide and conquer method . That's how it's been done through out history. So let's change history and decide to agree together.

That's right! And if this Akaka Bill is made into law, that legacy is gone! It sounds kinda obvious that the Akaka Bill is the annexation treaty that failed to pass legalizing Hawaii as part of the U.S. And since there is no annexation treaty, this Akaka bill sounds like it is. Because if its going to make Hawaiians as Native Americans, its obvious that the Akaka bill is the annexation treaty. Hawaiians never wanted to become Americans!!
