Everyone has a preference and opinion on what is best. I prefer the original martial arts, which includes the history when especially a minority group is able to master its territory, such as Okinawa. These Masters or Teachers are more capable of training a student, and not like the way in america where you get the rip off version of martial arts and must register under a label of violence. Patience and endurence are 1st. One of the hardest and longest lessons.

I take Karate at TAMA Martial Arts I'm a yellow belt my cousin is a purple belt. the order of belts is: White, Yellow, Orange, Purple, Blue, Green, Red, Brown, Brown with Black stripe, Black, Black Dan 1, Black Dan 2, Black Dan 3, and so on til Dan 8
