[Rappelz Epic 6.3] Renouveau VS Primal Scream

People thought that it was impossible to kill Primal Scream without using HL pets or asking HL to help us. So yesterday we made a 47-69 party and we tried again and again... And we succeeded.

Primal Scream has a deadly spell which can kill a full party instanlty (Dark Spiral-like, anyone who is in its range takes six dark magic balls in the face). However, we can prevent him from casting the spell thanks to a knight, a huna, a chaos mage or a bishop: seals and "Spell Intercept" can stop an incantation. He uses this spell every 28-30 seconds.
This boss can sometimes summon 5-6 very weak minions. These things have 7500 HP and don't hit very hard but can be dangerous for a mage.
Finally Primal Scream has an AoE which reduces your P.Def. (Log Split-like).

What is dangerous and makes him so difficult? Well if seals or Spell Intercept miss (you cast the spell but it does no effect), his ultimate skill will shoot your HP down. Each ball deals about 900 damage (no critical) to a buffed knight and the spell will OS assassins, a lot of soldiers who don't have much HP, hunas, melee pets etc. The spell range is just lower than Energy Beat/Fire Arrow and Lightning Bolts so you have to be very careful when you move. You have to recall your pet at your side after each skill if it is a RP, siren or BP (etc;) and think about the one minute-rule which can be really deadly.

Our assassin used a crossbow because he'd be OS if Primal Scream managed to use his dark spiral-like spell. Our soldier used a bow but switches when the boss' minions come and used a spear. A lot of pets are unsummoned or hidden behind.
I have to spam my "F1" key like mad: after each debuff or skill of my pets, i have to recall them next to me or else they died because of the dark spiral..

I'm sorry for the lags and if you wonder why I didn't use a lot of mana pots and failed one time my dual summonning, that's because I was focused on my F1 key, my spells and Rebby's HP. I know that I could play (much) better. I hope you'll enjoy the video though.

Snif mon meilleur souvenir sur Rappelz. 13 mn de combat a tanker cetet horreur avec rien d'autre sur mon champ de vision que moi et le boss, je vosu voyais pas derrière. C'était surréaliste

Et a la fin voyant la vie du boss presque finie, en priant pour qu'il n'y ait pas d'aggro minute, que je ne gaffe pas sur les interceptions et que Yuuko et Griffith aient de la mana jusqu'au bout... je tenais plus

J'ai fini les mains moites et les larmes au yeux, mais ******** on l'avait fait !

to be honest it took us 3minutes to take tara with a Non HLP dp was real fun and her dbuff failed as she was turned to where the tank was.

My only advice make ur tank turn him around and his DS wont go behind him

Si Rebby l'avait retourné pour que vous soyez dans son dos, n'auriez vous pas évité ses AOE ? Ou skill-t'ils à 360° (auquel cas j'ai rien dit :p)

incroyable les gars, z'etes trop forts, mais plutot que de vous user sur un serveur FR ou y'a que des low HL... go sur le serveur italien leur apprendre a jouer, le plus HL n'est que 130 ;) a votre rythme, vous serez les premiers a faire raa a 8 :)
