@rockee06 lol, you talk like you are smarter than all Vietnamese who I believe are genius in cooking. if you say it is easy and can do it, then of course many other Vietnamese can do it as well. But look in Vietnam there is only one Cha Ca La Vong restaurant. that is because the secret recipe only teach for the eldest son of Doan family.

It not easy like the way you observered for several reasons. Firstly, Iam not sure you can find the exact fish which are used in the restaurant in Hanoi. Furthermore, the vegie which combined in the dish are not easy to get at oversea ,either.
