Isn't this in Fair Lawn?

@MickeyLove01 They don't "constantly sound their horn." It's just that where they're most likely to be seen and recorded, they are often near either a level crossing, a blind curve, or a tunnel, all of which may require a horn to be sounded.

@Megahammerheadshark I think you are misunderstanding something here. View all the comments and come to your own conclusions if you like, however, perhaps I'm trying to get an insight into strange american behaviour. For example, applauding themselves when they win something, etc..., interspersed with English sarcasm to boot...

@MickeyLove01 Then I think you should know what the horns are for.

@Megahammerheadshark Many times.

@MickeyLove01 Because it's safe unlike your country!

The horn is pretty cool! I like the small level crossings too!

@iceman977th At last! A proper answer
why do trains constantly sound their horn in the states?
MickeyLove01 2 years ago
It is the law for the trains to sound their horns in Canada and the United States when they approach Level crossings.

No, you misunderstand. They sound their horns constantly whether there's a level crossing or not! Even in the old west.
