I don't think Hamas, Hezbollah, etc. supported Bashir because they supported genocide. First of all, the warrant for Bashir's arrest is NOT EVEN for genocide because the ICC doesn't have substantial evidence to charge him for it.
Rather, I think they support Bashir because they think that his arrest would further destabilize Sudan AND/OR they view the ICC's warrant as another sign of Western imperialism and interference in Arab/Muslim affairs.
