I found last minute changes, a lack of interest in English and the FET, and a lack of communication to be the norm with teaching in Korea. Even if someone knows how to speak enough English, they often still won't tell you something they need to have told you. U read minds? This shows a lack of interest in you being there to teach and disrespect for you. They simply aren't crazy about us, but are crazy to look modern. It's all about putting on an image rather than being honest and enjoying life.
