@polib2009 poli, this is a responce from a post you made a year ago due to training methods. At the time you stated that getting bicep growth was difficult for you. There could be many reasons why a bodypart doesnt respond as rapidly as other bodyparts. the top three reasons are either form control (how you perform the exercise) , nurtrition, or genetics. I tend to lean toward form control as the major culprit. many people perform an exercis to fast anddonttknow how to feel their muscles.
