Andrew Laming at the Mother of all Rallies

Andrew Laming spoke at the National Home Birth Mother of all Rallies in Canberra on the 7th of September 2009.

The grounds in front of Parliament House were covered in a sea of women, all fighting for the Federal Health Minister Nicola Roxon and PM Kevin Rudd to hear their voices and put a stop to new legislation that would see midwives banned from attending homebirths.
