25 pound Stingray caught in Myrtle Beach

My friend Polk lands a Stingray in Myrtle Beach. The rod and reel was spooled with 14 pound test. This ray made several 30 yard runs, as the tourists gather around to watch. After about 30 minutes it was tired enough to land.
It was promptly released with great fanfare. :)
We also caught some small sharks and Black drum

10000 dollars thats what my dad says everytime sombody does somthing funny on camera lol. I caught a stingray off the appachee peer. I had to pull it up with my crab net

watched a guy land a 100 +pound ray off the 2nd street peir down there this past summer

Thats nice. My dad caught a 35 pounder on surfside pier in MB it was 5 feet across.

Pretty much no surfers. Perfect beach for fishing.. I went last year and caught a 30 pound sand shark. So it's pretty good
