I thought the first one was NUTS. It was almost like a parody if you ask me...or a horror movie with his arm stuck in the door. But the second one....it made me cry. WHY DIDN'T THEY PUT IT IN THE MOVIE?????

they should have put the second one in... thats closest to the book and we see his pain...

first scene was not effective as the scene they used in the series (where he softly spoke outside her door as she solemnly took off her wedding dress to put on her gray dress without a word)

second one was really sweet. i agree that they should have put it in!

God! The first scene makes Mr. Rochester look like a freaking rapist! The second scene made me cry! Those directors screwed up by not putting it in the movie!

LOL the first scene was pretty dramatic. damn she's strong. haha

the second one on the other hand, broke my heart :(

"Jane Eyre's love would have been my best reward. Without my heart is broken." that line always tears at my heart. it shows such open desperation it's tear-inducing.

I thought the 1st scene was a little much, but WHY WASN'T THE FREAKING SECOND SCENE NOT IN THE MOVIE???????? :( I LOVE IT! IT MADE ME CRY!!!
