http://www.CurvyGoddessLounge.com Am on P3 for at least 3 more weeks. Started an exercise regimen today.

Workout Routine:
12 minutes of Elliptical (Start with Level 4 Resistance for 4 minutes then increase to Level 8)

Circuit Training -- 6 exercises back-to back without resting
Exercise #1 -- Deep Squat (wide stance) with frontal shoulder press 15 lb. dumbbell/15 reps
Exercise #2 -- Cable Row with Squat 55lbs/15 reps
Exercise #3 -- Leg Extensions 75 lbs/15 reps
Exercise #4 -- Situps with weighted Ball Overhead 10lbs/20 reps
Exercise #5 -- Inner Thigh Squeezes in a TableTop Position with Pilates Ring 20 reps
Exercise #6 -- Reverse Crunches 20 reps
Going through these exercises back-to-back 3 times.

Finished with 15 minutes more of Elliptical Level 8 Resistance.

  • I've done hCG (homeopathic) three times before. I have gotten through P2 (25 days) each time time, but that P3 just kicks my butt. What is your hCG source? How long do you stay on P2? You are beautiful and very inspirational. Do you excersise while on hCG or do you wait untill you are on P3? I'm going to subscribe to you and go back and watch all of your stuff. Thanks for being so inspirational, talking business and just being beautiful.

  • @IdahoWeimGirl Hi Idaho. I'm really sorry for not answering. I've been focused on other things. I'm trying to catch up on my VLOG comments.

    I'm back on hCG. This is my first day of VLCD. I'm not exercising right now. Not on Phase 2 but will hit it hard on Phase 3.

  • Thank you...I just want you to know that it may effect your weight loss depending on the intensity if you're on P2. Many will stave off of hard weight training when they are on P2. :)

  • Since, I've been on this 75% plant based diet and stopped the sodas to only maybe one can week and no fast food. I'll still have fast food once a week or once every 2 weeks. I've lost 8 lbs in in 4 weeks without trying and I still eat those foods once in a while.

  • I’ve been reading up on the ‘no exercise’ rule while on HCG, discussed thoroughly on Blogspot.com (see Does the HCG Weightloss Plan Work, by ProjectMe). Dr. A.T.W. Simeon didn’t seem to have such a prohibition. His only warns that strenuous exercise of long duration my=water gain, not weight gain or loss stall. And, there is valid debate on whether the “starvation mode” theory rightly applies. Have a look at the article and leave a comment. I'd love to hear your thoughts!
