bloody awesome stuff - most bands today would have to eat their hands to match even one of these songs - before auto tune, when singers could sing and musicians were in bands and played on their own records - saw these guys in 1984 and didn't realize how lucky I was then - i do now.

@60s4everanever This is one of my fav moments. Allan does the intro & backs away a little from the mic. The music starts & he has to hurry to be on time. Tony & Terry are both smiling at this.

at the very start of just one look allan just about got caught out. by the smile on tony's face he saw what happened.

Yeah, the R&R Hall of Fame has its collective head up it a** by ignoring the Hollies. Great harmonies, talented playing, live stage charisma, etc. More appropriate than Blondie, Parlaiment, Gladys Knight and Grandmaster Flash.
