That,s an awesome bit of shifting mate, fast, smooth, and accurate..... wish I could do as well. The old Detroit sounds great too. Thanks for the video..

Yes the 8v92 was what I drove! it had a blower and a turbo feeding into the blower, 475 hp and burned a gallon of oil a day but had power big time! and you had to make em sound like a truck!

real truck right there

it's a fuckin two stroke you dumb cunts!!!!
-
good ol donkey
this is one of the trucks that drivers drove
-
your probably a nice enough dude though.

piece of shit 318 2 stroke GM pulling 42 tonnes, fuck that. cowboys like you were the reason i got out of the game after 30 yrs inter/intra state dating back to comet and kwikasair days when 2 strokes, 892TTA, were the ducks guts, if you had no idea. get a cat or a cummins at least if ya gonna post something decent up, oh and yeah forget the KW badge. i also notice you were parked on the grass hey, them oil stains are unsightly on the road surface, especially out the front of your own residence.

Seems like a idiot dude
Hi Shaned8845. I think you are a very good driver of that rig. You clearly know what you're doing with a Roadranger. No gears missed, no brushed teeth. I just wish I could have come for a spin with you (you could have given me a pointer or two) Fuck the negative morons on youtube (you knew what you were getting yourself in for there) One question though, was this prime mover an old safeway's rig??
Detroit8V92tta 4 months ago
@Detroit8V92tta It could've been EX Safeways, but the general consensus seems to be that it was an EX Kiwkasair, when I bought it, there where TNT mudflaps on the front, that could mean anything I know, apart from that, I don't have a clue where it came from

Yeah i agree with ms0013 there is no way in hell i would give you a truck driving job, not the way you just drove that kenny, you clearly have no respect for your gear.

@tc2595 Again, another one who doesn't have clue, i will ask you what am i doing so bad that makes you think I'm abusing MY truck, there is no grating of the gears, no shock loading of the drive line, gearstick is not being forced, you clearly have no idea, and the only good thing about Braidwood is it is a good spot to take a piss

@shaned8845 Why are so many of the trucks over there in AU still running Dayton type hubs and wheel assemblies ? I know they're somewhat stronger than the Budd type...but, sheesh...they're a time waster to get the lug nuts torqued just right so that the rim will run, at least somewhat "True"
(straight) to keep the tire wear down. Can you shed some light on this for me ?? Do you still have this COE KW ??

@TurbinePower69 Alloy 10 stud "bud" type wheels are mostly used now, spider hubs and wheels where used on pretty much every make of truck and trailer so you could always find a spare that fits,
We don't have a truck stop network that have the level of service that you blokes have, so if your traveling out of town you will be EXPECTED to change you own flats, spiders only have 5 or 6 nuts and don't require a torque wrench and are much lighter rim to get into spare wheel holder

@TurbinePower69 Drivers changing wheels is going the same way as 2 stoke diesels and gear sticks, some "drivers" have never done either. All I did when fitting Dayton (never heard of them referred as that) rims to hubs is count the amount of thread exposed on the stud and wind the nuts on evenly, This method was good 99% of the time, still quicker that torquing up a ten stud IF you have a torque wrench.
I sold the COE after I cooked 8v 71, didn't have the room to put the truck or $20000 to fix
