@ntlbrown PHHHH i call all that i do parkour regardless of if its tricking parkour or freerunning.

Need i Quote David Belle Him self "it dosent matter if you are washing the dishes or going for a run every thing is parkour and training" and its not what you call it its what it meens to you. For all that you could tell freerunning could be the quickest path from being in a bad mood to being in complete bliss. so to conclude it doesn't matter what you call it parkour is everything. peace:D
