I'm at the Open University, I've done four years so far and I've got two left. I've worked at Tesco for 4 years alongside. I was mocked, patronised and belittled for 2 years by my colleagues as they went to various "proper" universities. I've just left Tesco for a journalism job on £20,000 starting salary with no student debt at all. They are now back from university. One is working at Tesco. Another is in morrisons; two work as cleaners, one is at specsavers.

@nerimonnerimon I think the editing is odd. It also sounds like there's canned laughter, which is err interesting. (Paul Foot is brilliant though).
