When you're doing a cleansing, and if you're casting out spirits, make sure you claim back your home. "This is my family's home, you are not longer allowed to stay here. You are no longer welcome here. In God's name I command you to leave." Whatever religion or belief system, as long as it is in the name of God, it works. have you ever gone to an indian reservation to go on a spiritual journey? if so do you know what spirit guide is? i would like to see a video of you and your team par-take in a ritiual cleansing would you mind making a video of one of your cases? @apsaalookeboi916 I def believe in spirit guides; I'd love to go to a reservation and study with a tribe but I try not to be the stereotypical new-ager white person that wants to join their tribe and get a Native name haha! I think thats a great idea; when we were offered a paranormal TV I offered a similar idea but they thought it wouldn't get enough views...I think it would!

@chrisfoose I definitely think its fascinating! I know not all spirits are out to cause problems but for the ones who do cause illness or suck energy from families I always recommend a cleansing :) I've heard of comforting and friendly spirits that turn on lights, organize shoes and fold laundry haha thats great!

As a fellow paranormal investigator, this video is very helpful!Im also a meium but am not always sure which direction to take when helping spirits and clients. I like to firstly, try to take some of their fear down, but its hard to decide what to do next.

i would greatly appreciate some confirmation on dealing with something or several somethings.We have now been scratched, choked, scared, punched, bruised and that's just to name a few. I have given verbal advise. I have yet to document it to film etc..I believe it has lasted for 3 generations.
