Une rotation autour du poignet assez intéressante puisqu'on peut l'executer indéfiniment. Elle s'avère assez difficile à apprendre.

Thanks! I've been practicing for about 25 years, but I've been doing the same old techniques over and over again. I recently started practicing with the pro-chux and have learned how to do aerials with them, but I don't have any videos up yet on aerials. Throwing the nunchakus up in the air and catching them is fun.
