Every year the seventh grade completes their science course with Rube Goldberg projects. Students apply their knowledge of simple machines and forces to design a 10-step Rube Goldberg apparatus. This year's challenge was to make a pencil draw a straight line. Students use ordinary items like marbles and popsicle sticks to construct their designs. They also utilized hammers, drills, and hot glue guns to complete their projects.
