Since 2007 Robin Timmers organizes benefit parties with free entrance under the name Party For Peace. There is one every sunday afternoon in Odessa and every month in Villa Lila in Nijmegen, the Netherlands and sometimes more... Party For Peace has raised more then €7700 for charity. Other incarnations: poetry festival "Het Gedicht in Allicht" & reggae festival "Healthy Riddims".
In this docu by ArTiMi: an interview with organiser Robin Timmers and musician Augusto + a report of the Party For Peace at 9 februari 2008 in Odessa in Nijmegen with Augusto, Harm & Stone Drone (first gig together), bellydancers Nawaar & Jawa and DJ Lenny & MC Noia. It was a benefit for CMSF, a NGO for a secondary school in Cuey Machar in South Sudan. People donated €305 for CMSF that night.
