yes and no, its 50/50 really.... but its not as bad as beijing/shanghai etc

plus dalian is popular when it comes to 'beautiful' woman lol

and you wouldn't think your in china if you live in dalian, im still in UK but maybe i'll move there its that nice, plus lovely beaches hehe.
