  • Weight lifting also increases bone density. Very helpful, especially for older people :)

  • @Chaaarge Very true!

  • What is your opinion on the sport of cycling? I have to stay light to climb well on my bike, so I find my self scared to lift weights although I do want to look lean and ripped, is there a way of lifting that ensures you don't gain much size but still some strength (like Bruce lee).

  • @ithinksasukeiscool I answered your question on my 8-2-10 BlogTalkRadio com show. You can listen there or on iTunes. Search Steve Turano. • He never said he know everything, his main goal is to help the fact and fiction.

  • No person knows EVERYTHING. Though Steve knows a considerable amount more than most "experts". He also conveys his knowledge in an intelligent manner in which one can easily understand it. He also reiterates the important aspects over and over while adding on to it the better aspects in every new video. He is one of the best - if not the best - personal trainers you could ever find.

  • Easier to get laid! Hehe

  • Thanks Steve. These videos really help people get out of ruts. Starting my workout regimen half a year ago was one of the best decisions I've ever made.

  • hey Steve! i watched this one a couple of times, to see if you were alluding to insulin sensitivity. i guess you are though you really should flagship that one. many pre-diabetics need to know this little gem.

insulin sensitivity is about the best indicator of how long your life will be that we have right now. too much iron in the diet isn't good but it seems everyday more evidence turns up to support iron in the gym.

*sad* i really was trying to avoid working out to. :( oh well.

  • This video could have been two days long, working out has endless benefits.

  • thanks i apreciate that.
