Buderus oil-fired boiler installation - installed entirely by Richard W. Guest. System includes Taco PC700-2 outdoor reset, nine individual heating zones, one DHW zone. All zones and piping isolated with ball valves to facilitate isolation to work on zones as needed without shutting down the whole system. Petite 7 hydronic baseboard heat installed throughout the home. Boiler is a Logano G215/4. Taco relays are EXP with a master/slave arrangement. DHW tank is a Logalux LT 160/2. Main house cold water pipe and DHW piping is 1". All circulators are IFC (Internal Flow Check). Main header utilizes primary/secondary zone piping. Due to space limitations, the main header needed to be in a semi-circular configuration to facilitate easy access to service all circulators and apparatus from both sides of header.
