  • Regarding tracking there is no difference between the available systems. Graphtech and RMC can be built in invisible, AXON and Roland are easier to mount and cheaper.

Maybe you should get a SynthAxe !

Too bad they only made less than a 100 and I've got 2 !

  • @666patrickbateman666 have used it with both hex and piezo and its a dog with fleas. Have also tried different units, all with the same triggering issues. Just go to the forum and youll see plenty of users that have just settled for the innacuracy of the axon. It isnt just me. I still have it in the rack in my studio as a demo for people I meet that are considering buying one. Ive saved plenty of people from wasting their money on one of these.

Your playing must be very sloppy or/and your HEX pickup is badly adjusted !

  • @picciuto for me none of them do. Ive tried piezo and the roland Gk and none of them make this thing do anything but glitch.

  • @alexmcginness I know, I was on the forum and couldnt find an answer either. Manual sucks, and this thing doesn't track for me....It does glitch really well.

  • A lot has changed since 2007. I'm playing a Godin LGX-SA through the Axon 100 mkII. The onboard GM voices are quite good. But being able to play my plug in synths in real time is mind blowing. Once a midi track is recorded, you can change instruments or add instruments over the top. My favorite distorted guitar tone is having a fret less bass under my overdrive sound. It sounds huge. It's priceless to have in a home studio but it only costs $699.00

  • This is a really nice function but theres nothing in the manual to tell you how to set this up. So, if you have an Axon, like me, and you want to do this, be prepared to sit for days, weeks, months or years, tryin to figure this one out. (not kidding )

  • how the heck do you get any sound out of the axon by triggering it from the computer. ?????

  • seems graphtech
