The reason why black men are in this predicament is because they are raised to think to be violent and to be hyper masculine is what defines a man. If a boy is 'frail' he is teased and called a sissy or a f*g and as we know there is nothing worst than being black male and gay. So black boys are not allowed to find out who they are. They are streamlined and told they must be one way. So you find a lot of misplaced rebellion in the form of violence. What we need to stress is acceptance & love.

Great video. It's too bad that many of today's young ladies place emphasis on a thugs and ignorant men as opposed to the substance of a educated black man! Of yes, it's BEEN time to turn the TV off. Black people should unite. @yvonnia123 There are many men who were raised by their mothers and grandmothers and they turned out respectful and responsible men while there are men who were raised by their fathers and they turn out to be ignorant and thuggish. So if women cannot raise men, men too cannot raise men either. What a child needs is love and good guidance. We are not raised in caves, we socialize at school, church and camps etc so it doesn't matter if the head of the house is a woman; it's the set standards.
