@soniaelisale es una jota del norte de extremadura (alta extramadura) que se cantaba cuando se sorteaban los quintos cada año , incluso en época de guerra, se hacia fiesta y hoy en dia pervive esa constumbre, por supuesto la version original, no tiene el aire moruno, pero si es cantada a coro por hombre y con presencia de voz femeninas principalmente a principo del siglo xx miles de muchachos salian de cáceres para ir a morir a las áridas tierras del rif.
