Nick shakes his head at the two of them "And I'm the youngest here, something is really wrong with this picture." Kevin sniggers "Yeah, Old Man Nicholas." Nick reaches over to slap him but Kevin moves out of the way before he can make contact. "So what is everyone up to today? I know we have those couple of phone interviews but otherwise." Joe sighs "I forgot about those, I was on my way to bed, I'm beat." Nick scolds "You mean you've been up all night!" Joe looks at him exasperated "I already went through this conversation with Kevin. Yes! I was up All Night! Now I'm Tired and Going To Bed!" Joe starts to head out of the room. Kevin calls after him "Well you won't be able to sleep for too long, the first interviews at Noon. And then later we're going to Lisa's to meet her friend." Joe stops and looks at Kevin with pity, "Oh yeah um...about that..." Nick glares at Joe with worry "Joe, what's with the look. Do you know something?" Kevin having and idea of what Joe is going to say tries not to smile and asks seriously, "Yeah, Bro what do you know?... Hey that rhymed!" he grins proudly. Joe looks down at his feet "Well I sort of called her last night." Nick says apprehensively "You didn't proposition her again, not like last time." 'No! Nothing like that. No, she was at Starbucks having coffee." Kevin smirks "Well she did say she really wanted one. What's the problem with that?" Nick looks at Kevin trying to figure out was is going on. Joe continues "There's not a problem with that, it's just...well...I'm sorry to say this dude..." Joe steps closer to Kevin and puts his hand on Kevins shoulder. "Well...she was there with another guy..." Kevin trying to look disappointed weakly says "Oh?" "Yeah, she wouldn't admit to it at first, but she told me that she was Really Interested in this guy. It must have been someone she met from the studio. Sorry when I joked about her finding someone else yesterday I didn't really think it was true." Kevin looks down at his feet and puts his hand over his mouth as Joe comforts "I'm Sorry, I know you really liked her but I guess she doesn't feel the same." Kevin glances over a Nick who is sitting staring up at them both. Kevin gives him a wink and drops his hand to reveal a huge smile. Nick starts laughing. Joe, not seeing Kevin's face, looks angrily at Nick "It's not funny Nick! Our Brother here just had his heart broken. Again." Joe can feel Kevin shudder under his hand, he then hears hysterical laughter he looks over and sees it's not coming from Nick. Kevin looks up laughing, his eyes sparkling with tears. He pulls Joe into a brotherly hug "ha, ha, ha...Joe! You just made my day. That's the best news ever." "Whaaa?" Joe pushes him off and looks between the two of them totally confused. "I thought you really liked her?" Kevin smiles "I was the one she was having coffee with. I met her after she finished at the studio." Joe shakes his head "No you weren't, you went to bed." Kevin smirks "No I didn't, did you see me in bed?" Joe thinks for a second and answers slowly "No, but Nick told me you did." Nick's guilty smile gives it away "Well I am a good actor." Joe looks back and forth between his brothers "No...Wait...What?.. So you knew and you lied to me. Why?...Why didn't you tell me you were meeting her? ...And why didn't she tell me it was you?" Kevin grins "First of all I asked Nick to help me. Secondly, I didn't tell you because I wanted to be alone with her and I knew you would want to come along if you knew. And Third I told her not to tell you while you were on the phone." Joe looking hurt questions "So you didn't trust me to leave you alone?" Kevin feeling guilty "Sorry, I just wasn't thinking...Hey wait a minute you called her! And you were trying to get a date, after you told me you would Back Off!" Joe going red backs up "Oh, well...um...I...I...gotta go!" he turns and runs from the room, the sound of his bedroom door slamming echoing through the house. Kevin looks at Nick and shrugs. Nick gets up from his seat and says "Well it sounds like you made progress last night." Kevin nods "Yeah, we decided to get to know each other better but we both acknowledged that there is something between us." "Well it's a first step. Now get out of here I wanna get dressed." Kevin chuckles and leaves to go back to his room.
