  • Are you using boneless, skinless chicken? If so, it shouldn't burn. If you can, reduce your heat a little. My grill has only one heat setting and it always comes out fine.

  • The chicken cooks so quickly it usually doesn't burn. If you use fatty meats it gets a little crispy.

  • Why would you FLIP the chicken? It's being cooked ON BOTH SIDES. AND you are NOT supposed to use a cooking SPRAY!
