  • I want to say that I'm glad you're exercising and keeping healthy. :D But just remember that being fat isn't nessessarily bad or evil! I'm a healthy fat chick and damn proud of it! <3 I hope to see you updating, I'd like to see your progress from March, whether it's just small updae or a big one! X3

  • I do the SAME thing on the weekends! haha. I've managed to keep losing weight as long as I do really well during the week. I try not to go too crazy...but I normally do anyways.

  • Keep on trying! You have made a good decision to get fit! BUT remember that food intake is like 90% of it. Okay? Move your body everyday, but do the gorcery shopping and tell your husband that if he buys anything 'bad' you will just throw it in the trash, so he shouldn't even bother! Replace each of your favorite junk foods with a new health food! Have you seen 'Michi's Ladder' yet?

  • I think your hubby does want to help but also probably misses the fun of eating "naughty" snacks together or knowing that you're enjoying something he enjoys too? And also probably doesn't realise the set back it can cause??

  • i know EXACTLY what you mean about helping and sabotaging at the same time! my family will encourage me to exercise and then i come home from the gym to the smell of fresh baked banana bread (my favorite and everyone knows that!) talk about sabotage!
